Our Schedule
Prepare to unlock your full potential as a STEM education champion, equipped with cutting-edge methodologies, an enriched curriculum, and a network of supportive colleagues. Each term you will participate in 3 afternoon sessions. Each session embraces the transformative power of collaboration, innovation, and inspired teaching. Let’s reshape the future of education and empower our students to thrive in the ever-evolving world of STEM.
Session 1 –
Mastermind
At the beginning of each term, all groups will come together for a powerful mastermind session. Here, you’ll delve into major topics such as Computational Thinking, 21st Century Learning Skills, Engineering Design Cycle, and Project-Based Learning. This collective knowledge will then be further explored and discussed in your small group sessions, ensuring a deep understanding and practical application.
Session 2 –
Programming & Assessment
Throughout each term, you’ll engage in dynamic skill-building sessions, honing your expertise in programming STEM concepts into your curriculum. From Sphero and Ozobot to Bee Bot and beyond, your group will focus on a various technologies, exploring their potential to enhance student learning and engagement.
Session 3 –
Hot Seat
The highlight of every term is the exhilarating hot seat session, where you’ll have the opportunity to present a challenge you’re facing in implementing STEM education. Together, your group will brainstorm innovative solutions, troubleshoot obstacles, and provide practical strategies for successful integration.
